Quality Controller

Quality Controller We are recruiting for Quality Control roles in the Chartham, Canterbury area. Please note:

Due to the limited public transport options to the client's location, own transport is essential for this role . While the site can be reached via train to Canterbury and a bus to Chartham followed by a 20-minute walk, this is not practical for daily commuting. As a Quality Controller you will need to have:
Good communication skills A good level of English (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude (Desirable) Previous experience working within a similar role in the fruit or food industry Details:
Salary:
Based on experience from £13.45 - £15.27 per hour

Working Hours:

shifts start at either 6:30 am or 7:00 am and are 12 hours long. Full-time

Duration:
Ongoing Role of a Quality Controller :
Carry out quality control checks on incoming raw materials, products in production, and finished goods Ensure that all fruit and products meet customer specifications, legal requirements, and food safety standards Accurately complete all quality documentation and report any non-conformances or quality trends to the QC Manager Support production teams by monitoring packing standards, labelling accuracy, and product presentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
