Land & Development Graduate
Location:
Swansea, South Wales
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Pro Staff is currently working with a residential Developer who are looking to appoint a Land & Development Graduate to join their Land & Development team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning through to technical design and delivery, supported by a structured graduate development programme.
Key Duties- Assist with identifying and appraising land opportunities
- Support site research, feasibility, and planning assessments
- Use mapping tools to review site constraints
- Assist with development appraisals and viability work
- Support legal, agent, and consultant coordination
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations
- Degree in Planning, Property, Construction, Geography or similar
- Strong interest in land acquisition and development
- Organised, analytical, and eager to learn
- Good IT and communication skills
- Structured graduate development programme
- Long-term career progression
