What you'll be doing:
As an Agency Chef, you'll support kitchens across the region during busy periods, holidays, and staff shortages throughout 2026. You'll be expected to:
Deliver high-quality dishes to each venue's standards
Adapt quickly to new kitchens and teams near Richmond
Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
Communicate clearly with front and back of house teams
What we're looking for:
We're looking for reliable, experienced Chefs who want flexible temp work and are ready for a busy year ahead. You'll need:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
A professional, proactive attitude and strong timekeeping
Two references to support your experience
