We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive with a passion for client retention to join our key clients growing Relationship Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering value, and consistently achieving high renewal rates.

You'll manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and renewal success. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll deliver outstanding service, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure a positive client experience that drives long-term partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients
  Drive strong retention and renewal rates
  Conduct renewal negotiations and handle retention discussions
  Identify and promote additional services and upsell opportunities
  Deliver new client implementations
  Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reports
  Engage with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  Communicate with clients via phone, video, email and occasional face-to-face meetings

What you Bring to the Team

• Proven experience in an Account Executive or retention-focused role
• B2B experience
  Strong negotiation and communication skills
  Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  Confident, proactive, and results-driven
  Comfortable working with KPIs and retention targets
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  A positive, flexible and energetic approach
