This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Representative to join our team at TTS, supporting B2B customers through sales, account management and customer service within a commercial environment.

SALARY: £29,000 per annum Basic Salary / £35,000 OTE (includes basic salary and potential quarterly bonus of up to £1,500) + Benefits

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Representative to become part of a growing, customer-focused team. This role plays a key part in managing customer relationships while driving sales performance across products and services.

As a Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Representative, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, quotations, orders and after-sales queries while delivering a professional and consistent customer experience.

The Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Representative role is well suited to someone commercially aware, organised and motivated by achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships and contributing to business growth within a collaborative team environment.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Representative include:

* Customer Relationship Management:
Acting as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and online channels

* Sales Support and Follow-Up:
Managing enquiries, quotations, samples, demo equipment and orders through to completion

* Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and converting enquiries into confirmed orders

* Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Promoting complementary products and service contracts to maximise account value

* Complaint Resolution:
Managing returns, quality concerns and service issues while liaising with internal teams to resolution

* CRM Administration:
Accurately recording customer interactions, sales activity and data within the CRM system

* Sales Reporting:
Preparing sales activity updates and performance information for management review

* Product Knowledge Development:
Building technical understanding to provide informed guidance and recommendations

* Internal

Collaboration:

Working closely with engineering, production, quality and marketing teams

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or account management within a B2B environment

* Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Experience of sales follow-up, upselling or closing opportunities

* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner

* Experience using CRM systems, ideally Hub Spot or similar

* Good attention to detail with accurate record keeping

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach

* Competent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* A positive team-focused attitude with flexibility to support colleagues
