About the Role:
As a Travel Consultant - Australia, you will craft exceptional, high-end tailor-made holidays across the diverse and exciting destinations of Australasia. You'll use your expert destination knowledge, GDS proficiency, and sales flair to delight customers and maximise sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities as a Travel Consultant - Australia:
- Design and sell bespoke, luxury itineraries throughout Australasia
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a highly personalised and consultative sales experience.
- Use GDS to manage bookings, flights, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering strong conversion and revenue performance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on Australia travel trends, products, luxury hotels, and unique experiences.
About You as a Travel Consultant - Australia
- Proven experience selling travel, ideally tailor-made long-haul itineraries.
- Strong destination knowledge and personal travel experience across Australasia.
- GDS experience is essential (e.g. Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
- A passion for luxury travel and delivering exceptional service.
- A motivated self-starter with strong sales ability and a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
