- Strong skills in budgeting and forecast control
- Experience in key account sales within construction industry or similar
- Proficiency in sales management
- Excellent leadership and team management and motivational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to strategize and execute sales plans
- Background in construction or machinery industry is a plus
- 5 years industry sales experience minimum
