Sales Engineer - After Sales

Position: Sales Engineer - After Sales (Permanent)
Location: Swinesherd

My client, a manufacturing/engineering company based near Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer - After Sales on a Permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the sales team, building relationships with existing and new customers, producing quotes in a professional and efficient manner

The main responsibilities associated with this role includes

- Process customer orders
- Deal with enquires over the phone, email and sometimes in person (client visits)
- Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately
- Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner
- keep customer updated on order status
- Maintain accurate records at all times
- Explore new business opportunities

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- previous experience in a similar role ideally within Manufacturing
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on people at all levels of business
- Good numerical skills
- Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections

The salary for this role is up to £36,000
