Salary: £200 - £225 Per Day

We are recruiting experienced Gatemen / Site Access Supervisors for a long-term, security-sensitive construction project based in Catterick.

This is a senior access-control role suited to individuals with supervisory experience on live construction sites, particularly within regulated or high-security environments.

Responsibilities

Control and manage site access and egress points
Verify , permits, and authorisation for all personnel and vehicles
Supervise and coordinate on-site security guards
Act as first point of contact for deliveries, visitors, and subcontractors
Maintain access logs, incident reports, and daily records
Liaise with site management and security teams
Enforce health & safety and site security procedures

Essential Requirements

Valid CSCS card
SSSTS
BPSS or SC Security Clearance (must be active)
Proven experience in a Gateman / Site Access / Security role on construction sites

Contract Details

Freelance - CIS
Long-term, stable contract through to end of 2027
Salary: £200 - £225 Per Day
