As a Housing Advice Worker in Newport, you'll give fast, clear advice to people facing domestic abuse and housing crisis.

You'll join a Welsh charity known for trauma-informed, high-quality support.

You will

Help vulnerable women stay safely in their homes
Provide housing and safety advice
Complete risk assessments
Work with police, refuge providers and housing teams
Support those who need to flee to crisis accommodation
Keep accurate case notes and updates

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours)
