Islington - TM - Youth Justice Team - Umb

Eden Brown Synergy is currently working with Islington Council, who are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their Youth Justice Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise Social Workers and Youth Justice practitioners within the team.
Lead service delivery for young people involved in or at risk of entering the youth justice system.
Oversee assessments, intervention plans, and multi-agency risk management processes.
Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and statutory responsibilities are delivered to a high standard.
Drive performance improvement, service development, and quality assurance within the team.
Collaborate effectively with partner agencies including police, education, health and youth offending services.
Maintain timely and accurate case recordings and reporting in line with statutory requirements.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid working available

Pay Rate:
45.20 p/h Umbrella

Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
Previous management/leadership experience within Youth Justice/Youth Offending
Strong knowledge of youth justice legislation and safeguarding frameworks
Social Work England registration
