Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance and review services across various needs.

• Ensure statutory and regulatory safeguarding requirements are met for children in care, child protection, and fostering reviews.

• Focus on improving services for children, young people, and families through independent oversight and effective partnership working.

• Offer independent, professional support and challenge to drive service improvement.

• Champion the child's right to family life.

• Ensure the Local Authority provides the best care for children who need to be looked after.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Commitment to providing quality assurance and review services.

• Experience with statutory and regulatory safeguarding requirements.

• Ability to work independently and in partnership with others.

• Strong focus on service improvement and child welfare.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the family safeguarding model.

• Experience in fostering and child protection reviews.
