You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station. We use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van.

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.25 per hour. All your breaks are paid.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Good communication skills are essential.

• Recruitment team will conduct an online licence check and right to work checks.
• Invited for a site tour and Q&A session with the team.
• Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check will be run.
• Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start.

Hours:

40 hours (including paid breaks)

You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts.

Shifts:

AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00. Shift rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:
Lunar paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rate (Basic): £12.72;
Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12;
Sunday Day Premium: £1.27;
Sunday Evening Premium: £2.50;
Overtime Monday‑Saturday Day Shift: £15.90;
Overtime Monday‑Saturday Evening Shift: £17.30.
