We are expanding our fleet and are currently looking for an HGV Driver to join our supportive network of HGV drivers at our York Operation Centre, YO41 1HS
.

A Copart Driver loads, collects and delivers vehicles of all shapes and sizes from both rural and urban environments. These vehicles are primarily accident damaged and therefore loading/unloading them can be physically demanding. We will however ensure you have the best training to steer you to success!

A reasonable salary expectation based on an average on a 7 vehicle collection per day, would be approx. up to £48,966pa

• HGV/LGV Licence Class 1
• A good understanding of the EU 'drivers' hours' and 'working time' rules using a Tachograph
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in basic IT skills and the use of a handheld device
• Car transportation or recovery experience would be an advantage
