Warehouse Operative; Counter Balance FLT Licence

Salary: 12.21 - 13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting a dependable and experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our busy warehouse team in Birmingham. • Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT in line with company procedures and health & safety standards
• Load and unload deliveries from vehicles efficiently
• Move, stack, and store goods accurately within designated warehouse locations
• Carry out stock checks and support accurate inventory control
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills
• A reliable and positive attitude to work

• Competitive hourly pay of 12.21 - 13.00, depending on experience
