- Je verwerkt klantorders en correspondentie aangaande een grote diversiteit aan servicevraagstukken
- Je handelt serviceverzoeken af i.s.m. de centrale service van het hoofdkantoor.
- Je communiceert met de klant om behoeften en vragen te begrijpen en te beantwoorden.
- Je monitort en volgt de orderprocessen op om een tijdige afhandeling te waarborgen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop- en verkoopfacturatie.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig aan het opstellen van offertes en verzendt deze aan klanten.
- Je zorgt dat alle klantaccounts bijgewerkt en up-to date zijn.
