Een zorgorganisatie in Utrecht zoekt een begeleider om ouderen met visuele beperkingen te ondersteunen. Je biedt zorg en begeleiding aan cliënten in hun appartementen en werkt vanuit zelfstandigheid. Vereist zijn een zorgopleiding op niveau 3 of 4 en sterke sociale vaardigheden. Daarnaast krijg je een contract van 16 tot 28 uur per week met mogelijkheden tot verlenging. Interesse in groei en ontwikkeling in de zorg is gewaardeerd, evenals een flexibele inzetbaarheid.
