IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
So... you know how to manage IT-projects?
Perfect! That means we could make use of your skills and expertise!
Let us paint the picture first:
Incentro is an IT-consultancy with more than 27 years of experience, over 450 colleagues in 4 countries and on 3 continents, and already +15 years awarded as a Great Place To Work!
Divided in smaller cells of max ± 60 Incentronauts, we like to keep the lines short, no unnecessary managerial layers and focus on specialists, instead of generalists. We think it's important to give you full responsibility and freedom to create your own success, and value a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Within our Business Acceleration-cell, we build the coolest low-code apps on the Mendix-platform for clients like Hello Fresh, the IND, Sanquin and many more Enterprise organisations.
Your role will fill in the gap as project-lead for our consultants, and a strong client-facing presence to make sure everything runs smoothly between us and our customers. You will have an important role in the commercial DMU that will help shape the future growth of our cell.
If we take a deep dive into your role and responsibilities:
Sales will sell a project, where after you will be the first person our clients will call when they need something (extra). Your main concern is that we truly 'add value' to our customer. You'll need to be a master in stakeholder management and know how to bring balance between their needs and our capabilities. We want you to get a strong understanding of what our client wants, not just now, but also for the future.
As PM & Delivery Manager, you speak to the business-side, and know it's not just about delivering functionality X or Y, it's about solving problems, and knowing how to define a route to get there.
You know how to 'coach' the client-side and how to deliver on time and well on budget. You make the decisions that could make the difference for both a happy client and consultancy team. And with your background, you know 'success' is a team effort. You make sure the team documents everything, secures & transfers gained knowledge and shares lessons learned for future endeavors.
You are in the driver's seat of our success.
The projects that you'll manage are between €50K & €500K, and we need some reassurance that this is not your first rodeo with these budgets. You'll become the liaison and trusted advisor on the client-side and our internal organisation. You'll be responsible to manage several projects in parallel, with multidisciplinary teams. Normally these take between a couple of months to a full year and require an Agile approach (which you are more than comfortable with), but...
if required, you know how to use a different approach or frameworks.
This is your chance to become a key player within the organisation, and truly make a difference for our successful Mendix proposition.
As we highly lean on the entrepreneurial mindset of our colleagues, we can only say: "whatever you want to do next!" Of course, we expect you'll be having fun in this role for a while, but we have dozens of examples where colleagues outgrew their role as senior consultant and started their own cell (abroad). We have serious management & leadership training in place to help you make that move, so you are not on your own.
If you want to broaden your horizon with different technologies, coach or run your own team... let's make your ambitions come true!
In bullet points, you:
- have +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT-consultancy. Previously came in touch with low code? Big plus!
- have shown to be an expert on project management as well as delivery management.
- are funny and professional both in Dutch and in English
- back up your experiences in the field with certifications like Prince2 Agile, PMP, Scrum PSM I/II, etc.
What you can expect from us? The list is even longer, but here are some perks working with us:
We put our trust in writing: after the first year, an indefinite contract. Next to that, the possibility to work 32, 36, 38 or 40 hours a week.
A salary between €5.000,- & €6.000,- + 8% holiday allowance. Have something else in mind because of your experience,…
