In deze rol coach je het team in Scrum-werkwijzen, leid je ceremonies en verbeter je de samenwerking binnen een complexe architectuur. Je hebt een relevante bachelor of master afgerond en hebt ervaring als Scrum Master in een Agile omgeving. Deze functie biedt een hybride werkmodel en een flexibele werkdruk van 16–24 uur per week.
