You can expect to work on topics such as:

• Creating AI algorithms for our Retention Strategy;
• Utilizing GenAI to help our colleagues become more efficient and their experience more enjoyable;
• Creating portfolio simulation tools to help our portfolio management team to make the best strategic decisions;
• You will design, build, and interpretate algorithms that power data products at Rabobank;
• You will also connect with our stakeholders and colleagues by co-facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to improve AI Literacy and help find new problems to solve in Business Lending.

• You have experience developing, training, validating, benchmarking, and monitoring machine learning (ML) algorithms, and you are able to incorporate ML explainability with methodologies such as SHAP;
• You have experience developing training, validating, benchmarking and monitoring GenAI algorithms;
• You have experience translating business needs to Data Science/AI solutions;
• You can communicate complex outcomes with clarity to a wide range of audiences and enjoy sharing your knowledge on Data Science/AI;
• You are proficient in Python;
• Extensive knowledge of data science and statistical techniques, toolsets, and algorithms, such as (Py)
  Spark, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and langchain;
• Solid understanding of the Azure Stack and Services;
• Professional experience in using Databricks solutions;
• Basic knowledge of Scrum;
• You have experience and enjoy mentoring and coaching junior colleges;
• You are a team player.

• Banking domain knowledge (e.g. business banking);
• Being able to also pick up or think along on MLOps-related topics;
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages, such as Bash, and setting/adapting pipelines in Azure Dev Ops;
• Prior experience with any of the following fields (Marketing, Sustainability, Finance, Sales).
