You’ll work with clients across sectors, from government to financial services, guiding them through tool migrations, Agile enablement, and portfolio-level change. As an Atlassian Consultant, your expertise goes beyond implementation—you’ll translate complex business needs into tailored Atlassian solutions. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, solving complex business and IT challenges by designing integrated solutions that consolidate tooling and maximize the value of the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Analyse and redesign IT landscapes to identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and integration opportunities.

• Achieve optimal connection between business processes and Atlassian tools.

• Advise clients on tooling consolidation by replacing legacy systems with Atlassian solutions like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

• Lead end-to-end solution design: from discovery, requirement gathering and architecture to rollout and optimization within Atlassian suite.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align Atlassian tooling with business processes and strategic goals.

• Stay ahead of Atlassian innovations and translate them into client value.

• Lead cloud migrations and integrations with other systems.

• Providing user training to help customers get the most out of their Jira or Confluence environment.

• Have a higher education degree, minimum a bachelor’s degree.

• Are fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level spoken and written).

• Have at least 8 years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum, SAFe, Less), of which at least 2 years of experience as an Atlassian expert role.

• Experience in consultancy and client facing roles is preferred.

• Have strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and change / PPM/ SPM management principles.

• Thrive in dynamic environments and solving complex challenges.

• Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Have a passion for continuous learning and staying current with the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Have Atlassian certifications and/or accreditations.

• Have PSM I or PSPO I certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and business process modelling.

• Have proven experience with scripting, automation, or plugin development is a plus.
