As a Service Now Functional Consultant, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Service Now solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and Service Now adoption across the organization.

• Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in Service Now implementation and functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.

• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Service Now modules based on business needs.
• Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and propose improvements.
• Support integration discussions with technical teams for seamless implementation.
• Drive adoption and provide functional expertise throughout the Service Now lifecycle.
