Position: ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ID: 3363)

Service Now Technical Consultant ()

Service Now Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Design, configure, and implement the Service Now Health & Safety (H&S) module to support QHSE processes (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), such as safety reports, audit findings, and improvement actions.
  • Deliver robust technical designs, data structures, and workflow configurations aligned with enterprise Service Now architectural guidelines.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Service Now and other enterprise applications, including data platforms for reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide technical advice and documentation, ensuring all configurations and deviations from standard designs are properly recorded and reviewed.
  • Oversee the DTAP environment (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) — including setup, unit testing, release preparation, and production deployment.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to internal support and development teams through technical documentation and coaching.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders — including the project manager, product owner, Service Now business consultants, technical consultants, UX designer, and business experts — to ensure smooth delivery of the Service Now solution.
What you bring
  • 5–8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as a Service Now Technical Consultant on implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of database structures and SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience with integrations between Service Now and other enterprise or data platforms.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with QHSE processes (safety, quality, audit management) is a plus.
  • Experience with in large public or enterprise organizations is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile environments and using related tools.
