You will play a vital role in preparing competitive tenders for new-build projects, refurbishments, external works and multi-utility installations.

• Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Analysing drawings, specifications and technical information
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Supporting utility pricing (connections, upgrades, diversions, disconnections)
• Offering value-engineering solutions and commercial insight
• Maintaining accurate cost databases and tender records

• Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or utilities
• Strong technical and numerical understanding
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced tendering environment
