Part-Time Qualified Accountant

Marc Daniels is working with a multi-site organisation based in Uxbridge who are looking for a Part-Time Qualified Accountant (approximately 20 hours) to join their dynamic team. This role would require the individual to be able to produce management accounts and assist with year-end. This is a hybrid role, which will require you to go into the office 1 day a week.

Produce timely and accurate management reports, forecasts, and financial analyses

Analyse variances, trends, and financial performance, providing clear commentary and insight

Partner with budget holders to support informed decision-making and achievement of financial objectives

Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings, representing finance as required

Support senior finance leadership and deputise when necessary

Provide financial input into new contracts and proposals, assessing financial and strategic viability

Liaise with external accountants and advisors on statutory accounts, tax, and regulatory matters

Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting obligations

Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and income improvement and present recommendations

Assist with year-end processes, including reconciliations, analysis, and audit support

Essential

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience

Strong general financial accounting and reporting knowledge

Experience working within a multi-site organisation

Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office capability

Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

Comfortable operating in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
