We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain professional to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical organisation operating within a complex and highly regulated environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives under pressure, and wants to play a hands‑on role in ensuring continuity of supply, strong vendor partnerships, and operational excellence across the UK market.

The Role

You’ll support end‑to‑end UK supply chain operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing time‑critical import clearance for inbound pharmaceutical shipments
  • Monitoring inventory through live shipment schedules and bespoke reporting
  • Maintaining product master data, customer pricing files, and RTB requests
  • Producing regular supply chain reports for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting demand planning for existing and new products
  • Creating and submitting inventory orders to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Managing sample requests, stock takes, and quarterly sample counts
  • Monitoring obsolete stock and supporting annual destruction processes
  • Supporting S&OP meetings, SOX controls, CRP/Evergreen submissions, and audits
  • Managing and reviewing vendors, including value‑added and clinical homecare services
  • Assisting with budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and cost‑efficiency initiatives
  • Contributing to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
  • Experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry, ideally within supply chain (manufacturer or 3PL)
  • Degree‑educated
  • Strong Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, analytical, and solution‑focused
  • Experience with clinical homecare is an advantage
Why Join?
  • A broad, varied role with genuine responsibility and visibility
  • Exposure to commercial, finance, quality, and operational teams
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development
  • A culture that values creativity, integrity, challenge, and high performance
