We are hiring an Innovation Manager to help drive growth for Gallo across the EMEA region. The successful applicant will be responsible for understanding the consumer in detail and creating new and exciting alcohol beverage brands that meet their needs.
This role is on a hybrid working pattern based in our Uxbridge office. 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home.
Please note this role will require full UK right to work as this role is not sponsored.
The ideal candidate will have experience executing consumer research and digesting a range of data sources to identify consumer-driven commercial opportunities. They will then take these insights to inform the creation of new brands (including liquid, packaging and communications) which meet the needs of the target consumer identified, owning the go-to-market process from start to finish. The candidate should have strong experience working on complex projects with a variety of different cross-functional stakeholders, being comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment.
They will have natural abilities to influence those around them to gain buy in for the project to ensure it moves forward s will include presenting to senior internal stakeholders for buy in of new concepts, to sales teams to excite them about new opportunities and to external customers (e.g. supermarket buyers) to gain new listings.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of brand marketing, new product/brand development and insights experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Worked within the alcoholic drinks industry or for a FMCG company.
- Experience developing a new brand from scratch, including liquid, packaging and communications.
- Skilled in drawing insights through consumer research data and trend information.
- Have managed complex projects including cross functional partners.
- Working directly to influence all levels of management.
- Successfully developed and implemented the launch of new products across a number of markets or channels.
