About you
You enjoy winning new work and building relationships. You like being out in the market, meeting people, opening doors and creating opportunities rather than waiting for enquiries to land.
You are confident, personable and commercially minded. You take pride in representing a business properly and following things through once work is won.
You are based locally to Uxbridge or close enough that the area feels genuinely familiar.
Your experience
You have experience in a sales, business development or client-facing role within signage, large format print, fit out, interiors or a closely related industry.
You have been involved in bringing in new business, whether that has been your main focus or part of a broader role. You understand how projects are quoted, sold and delivered.
You may also have some exposure to account management and enjoy growing relationships once they are established.
What you ll be doing with your experience in this role
Your primary focus will be new business development, identifying and engaging potential clients across the local and regional market.
You will build and manage your own pipeline, using a mix of outreach, meetings and relationship building to generate opportunities.
You will look after accounts you bring on, developing repeat work and long-term relationships rather than handing everything over once a deal is done.
You will work closely with the wider team to ensure work is delivered well and clients come back.
