Skyline Roofing Centres are a leading supplier of roofing and building materials with branches within and around the M25. We have been operating for over 50 years.

We’re recruiting a full‑time, permanent Yard & Warehouse Operative for our friendly, small Uxbridge branch. The role offers competitive salary, 28 days holiday, life assurance & Employee Assistance Programme, discretionary bonus, Cycle scheme and Long Service Awards.

• Ensure that customers are served promptly and efficiently with the correct materials.
• Receive and check off deliveries to the branch, highlighting anomalies and ensuring correct and timely storage of goods in line with Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Assist with picking and loading of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and raise low stock alerts to Branch Management.
• Operate and maintain forklifts safely and in accordance with Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Work and communicate as a team member to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within Company procedure.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean and tidy at all times in line with Company Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of products and elements necessary to be successful in the business.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Confidence in maths and basic literacy.
• Forklift licence or some forklift experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Hours:

7 am to 4.30 pm Monday‑Friday and Saturdays 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
