You'll work closely with stakeholders, oversee a small project team, provide practical guidance and leadership across the PMO, and take ownership of multiple live projects. This is a one-year fixed-term role, offering the chance to step into a pivotal position and shape the way transformation is delivered while working with a small, supportive team of stakeholders who value collaboration, innovation, and results.

The role

* 1 year fixed term contract.

* Manage multiple live digital projects across the organisation, ensuring timely delivery and tangible results

* Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, MS Flows, Power BI and other digital tools

* Lead, guide, and support a small project team within the PMO

* Drive progress, remove blockers, and ensure stakeholders are accountable

* Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of digital solutions

* Maintain oversight of the PMO portfolio and ensure projects align with strategic goals

* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

The person

* Experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering multiple projects or a portfolio simultaneously

* Hands-on, practical approach to project management not just strategic oversight

* Experience in Microsoft digital transformation projects (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, MS Flows, Power BI)

* Strong leadership skills and experience managing small teams

* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently

* Problem-solving mindset, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
