Role Purpose
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to patients in the  Department of Neurosciences , focusing on rehabilitation, functional recovery, and improvement of quality of life. The role requires clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and coordination with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy treatment programs for neurological and/or cardiac patients.
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions for inpatients and outpatients.
Monitor patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and modify treatment plans as required.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, posture, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with hospital protocols and accreditation standards.
Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and ethical clinical practices.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) with  Neuro or Cardio Specialty

Experience:

Minimum  5 years of relevant experience  in the  Department of Neurosciences  (hospital/clinical setup preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical knowledge in neurological rehabilitation
Hands-on experience with therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols
Good communication and patient-handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical practice
