The Role

Davidson & Company is on the lookout for an Audit Manager to join our growing Public Company Audit Practice. In this role, you’ll lead high‑profile engagements, work closely with dynamic clients, and guide our rising audit stars as they sharpen their skills.

- Take charge of end‑to‑end client engagements — from planning to final deliverables — across a diverse portfolio of industries and engagement sizes.
- Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, practical solutions, and top‑tier service.
- Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
- Translate complex accounting concepts into client‑friendly insights (because numbers tell stories, too!).
- Lead, coach, and inspire junior and senior team members — helping them grow while keeping the vibe positive and productive.
- Stay sharp on all things IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB while driving innovation and efficiency within your teams.
- Be a trusted go‑to for your clients, offering proactive advice and guidance that makes a real difference.
- CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
- 5+ years of public practice audit experience.
- Solid technical knowledge in IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
- A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- A genuine leader who motivates, mentors, and develops others.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience using Caseware, MS Office, and a willingness to leverage AI‑driven tools and new technologies to work smarter.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for excellence and growth.
