This role is primarily responsible for the review of Personal (T1) and Trust (T3) tax returns of Raymond James clients. We are currently seeking seasonal Tax Specialists to provide support during periods of high volume for a duration of 1‑2 months in March and April.
Responsibilities- Review personal tax returns for Raymond James investment clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review information gathered from clients, CRA online portal, and internal reports.
- Review electronic working paper files of all tax documentation used to support the tax return prior to filing.
- Provide review notes to tax return preparers and ensure outstanding issues are resolved prior to filing.
- Correspond with clients or Financial Advisors/Agents to discuss outstanding information.
- Minimum 3 years of public accounting firm experience, with at least 2 years of experience working in Canadian taxation.
- Canadian CPA designation.
- Experience in reviewing Canadian Personal (T1) tax returns and Canadian Trust (T3) tax returns.
- Proficiency with CCH Tax Prep, CRA online portal, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work within deadlines in a high‑volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail.

Salary RangeBC (based on education, work experience, etc.): $45‑50 hourly.
