Strengthen automotive operations through training, auditing, and coaching at Boyd Autobody & Glass. This position supports facilities across several regional markets.
As Process Trainer, you will review repair-facility adherence to business practices and daily performance. You will establish coaching plans with General Managers and Market Managers. The work includes onboarding personnel, supporting estimators, implementing Boyd processes, and documenting corrective actions. Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills are central to the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish training and coaching plans with market leaders
- Support onboarding for parts and customer service personnel
- Assist estimators with file closing and billing compliance
- Document facility issues and corrective action plans
- Support process implementation during acquisitions and growth
- Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years collision repair experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Working knowledge of accounting and Google Suite
Use automotive operations, coaching, and process knowledge to improve consistency across Boyd Autobody & Glass repair facilities.
