As a Business Advisor, Strategy and Operations, you advise small and medium-sized businesses through standard and customized consulting mandates. You combine operational expertise with knowledge of technologies supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and service operations. Your work connects strategy, processes, automation, and artificial intelligence to productivity, scalability, decision-making, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex strategic planning and operational improvement mandates
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverable quality
- Guide executives through transformation, ambiguity, and change
- Develop scalable advisory solutions, tools, and methodologies
- Support diagnostics, proposals, thought leadership, and targeted events
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, engineering, or operations field
- Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent professional certification
- Five to ten years of consulting, advisory, leadership, or transformation experience
- Experience leading mandates from diagnosis through implementation
- Professional English and willingness to travel within a designated region
