This full-time Principal Strategic Advisor serves as an executive-level liaison for senior retail leaders. You will translate merchandising and financial strategies into technology-enabled initiatives, guide enterprise transformation, and govern strategic priorities. The work emphasizes high-level advisory rather than daily operations or detailed requirements documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise senior retail business leaders through executive steering committees
- Translate merchandising and financial strategies into technology initiatives
- Align business priorities with delivery team capabilities
- Define MVP scopes and establish release sequencing
- Govern strategic portfolios and enterprise transformation priorities
- Twenty-plus years in enterprise consulting or technology delivery
- Corporate retail leadership experience at enterprise level
- Eight to ten years in retail or apparel
- Deep expertise in at least two strategic retail domains
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant sales experience
