Lead global payments strategy from Canada, combining product leadership with commercial accountability for merchant adoption, GPV, and revenue growth.
This senior Director role owns product vision and business outcomes across retail and hospitality payments. You will lead Group Product Managers and Senior Product Managers across North America and EMEA. The mandate includes platform transformation, merchant onboarding, payment partnerships, and executive-level strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Define multi-year Payments product vision and roadmap
- Drive GPV, payments penetration, onboarding, and revenue
- Manage, coach, and empower product leadership teams
- Consolidate fragmented capabilities into a scalable platform
- Present strategy and performance to executives and Board
- Two to three years in Director-level product leadership
- Ownership of payments or another major business vertical
- Experience recruiting and developing product leaders
- Knowledge of acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, and compliance
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and platform migration
