Responsibilities
Provide strategic and leadership across all aspects of Marcon’s construction portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution of projects with excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
Steer the performance and maturity of construction operations, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align, inform decisions, and oversee key project initiatives.
Champion purpose and values, elevate operational capability, and empower teams to deliver industry‑leading results.
Qualifications
Dynamic, highly effective construction Director, VP or SVP with proven track record managing entire construction life cycle of multiple complex projects, including high‑rise residential, commercial, and/or industrial.
Strong end‑to‑end construction management expertise gained as GC or in‑house.
Positive, empowering leader who can inspire staff and hold them to high accountability.
Ability to foster innovation and identify value‑added opportunities through all phases of a project.
Benefits & Compensation
The expected compensation range is $275,000 to $325,000, plus financial incentives and benefits.
