Superintendent / Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Strong experience managing trades, with a solid construction knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Oversee trades and subs to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed.

Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to avoid delays and reduce costs.

Health and Safety oversight.

Other as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience, including overseeing multiple concurrent projects or experience as a Superintendent with a GC.

Proven experience with project planning and inventory management systems is an asset

Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and construction management software.

Salary  range depending on experience.
