Construction Projects Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, project management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Oversee trades and subs to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to track materials, equipment, and supplies.

Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to avoid delays and reduce costs.

Health and Safety oversight.

Other as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience, including overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Proven experience with project planning and inventory management systems (, Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).

Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and construction management software.

Salary  range depending on experience.
