Medical Supplies Customer Service Representative - Vancouver BC

Location:

Vancouver, BC | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

As an integral member of the Medical Supplies team, the Customer Service Representative will strive to deliver quality patient care and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise and services in a retail setting.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Measure and fit customers for various medical products
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders
  • Receive shipments
  • Merchandise inventory by putting stock away on store shelves and optimizing displays for retail sales for the best customer experience while shopping with us!
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Experience in handling cash
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Experience in fitting for compression stocking and/or bracing an asset
