Position: (FR/EN) Bilingual Credit Agent

This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent.

This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support approvers in the analysis of credit files.
  • Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files.
  • Responding to customer calls and emails.
  • Data entry of customer files.
  • Credit adjudication (training provided).
  • Providing superior professional service to valued clients.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and French – proficiency assessment will be required.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker.
  • Positive individual with very good attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Punctual, professional and reliable.
