Ticketmaster seeks Box Office Agents in Vancouver, BC, using customer service and ticketing skills for seasonal, part-time event work.
This seasonal, part-time position supports Ticketmaster Canada’s box office operations across Vancouver-area events. Agents sell tickets through Ticketmaster Point of Sale, use Archtics and TM Host, and assist ticket purchasers. The schedule varies with event requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-line customer service to ticket purchasers
- Conduct in-person sales using Ticketmaster Point of Sale
- Work regularly with Archtics and TM Host systems
- Balance cash and credit card transaction receipts
- Organize and distribute will-call tickets
- Minimum one year sales or customer service experience
- General office and cash experience preferred
- Basic understanding of event ticketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for flexible event-based scheduling
