Join the University of British Columbia (UBC) as a Senior Advisor to the Dean, Faculty of Medicine (FOM) and Vice‑President Health. This senior strategic role serves as the principal partner and right‑hand architect for operational excellence and institutional integration within the Faculty of Medicine and the broader UBC Health system.
Key responsibilities include overseeing cross‑cutting strategic initiatives that span the university, health care, government, and distributed academic/clinical environments across British Columbia; ensuring effective execution of the Dean’s vision and priorities; advancing operational efficiency; and aligning internal and external priorities to maximize impact and agility.
Required qualifications:
a proven senior leader with extensive experience in academic health systems, mastery of complex administration, and political acuity to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments with diplomacy and discretion. The role demands strategic insight, high‑impact results, and the ability to operate at peak efficiency in a dynamic academic and health‑leadership portfolio.
