Dental Administrator - Oceanfront Dental Group

The wage range is from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression
  • Optimize the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage the recall system and accurately maintain the patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You
  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
