• Responsible for day-to-day management of work and team members for the office.
• Overall responsibility for having all proposals and contracts in place.
• Responsible for the group’s organizational chart, project budget reports, review of monthly project revenue projections & monthly financials, and the preparation of monthly business reports.
• Consistently market and promote new work for Ware Malcomb to grow the office; attend business development/networking functions.
• Prepare an annual Strategic Plan and Mind Map for your office.
• Show measurable attainment of Ware Malcomb Diversification Services.
• Utilize Ware Malcomb’s CRM system to track all Business Development activities.
• Lead strategy for project pursuits, collaborating with the marketing team.
• Communicate, collaborate and build positive relationships with Ware Malcomb leadership company-wide.
• Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team to hire new team members.

• 15+ years of experience within Interior Design and/or Architecture.
• Prior experience leading a team, studio, or office.
• Proposals and business development experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in the market.
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive team environment.
