Key Responsibilities- Serve as design/project lead or Landscape Architect of record on various projects and oversee project work completed by others.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute designs.
- Promote collaboration between urban design and landscape architecture teams.
- Support the Regional Landscape Architecture practice leader with team strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in business development activities in British Columbia and western Canada.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our practice in western Canada.
- Provide strategic direction on key projects and navigate challenges.
- Mentor design team members on urban design and landscape architecture.
- Support BC leadership in Major Projects and Land Strategy initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry activity and policy to maintain industry positioning.
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to resolve project issues and implement designs.
- Conduct site investigations and construction inspections.
- Licensed in British Columbia with authority to sign and seal documents.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Technical knowledge to identify and address problems.
- Familiarity with municipal and provincial approval processes.
- Experience in preparing designs and construction documents.
- Proficiency in drafting/design software such as AutoCAD and Land F/X.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD Creative Cloud is a bonus.

- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program.
- Minimum 7 years of full‑time experience in landscape architecture.
- Licensed or eligible to apply for licensure in British Columbia immediately.
- Local experience with municipalities and private clients is a plus.
- Strong client and colleague interaction skills, including mentorship and business development.
- Desire for quality design and ability to detail and document ideas.
- Experience with client relations and complex projects.
- Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas and lead strategic discussions.
- Proven ability to turn designs into working drawings and execute them onsite.

Pay Range- Locations in Lower Mainland - BC - Minimum Salary $79,200.00 – Maximum Salary $
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles are bonus eligible.
