SAP Datasphere Developer ERP Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Our Vancouver based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Datasphere Developer ERP Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 + years of experience modeling in SAP Datasphere, including with Data Builder relational datasets, views, transformation flows, analytical models, fact models, and analytical datasets.

Expertise is also required in integrating Datasphere with SAP S/4

HANA, SAC, SAP Ariba, Success Factors, and external databases via SDI/SDQ, OData, JDBC/ODBC, DP Agent, and remote tables. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain analytical models, fact and dimension tables in SAP Datasphere.
• Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, transformation and cleansing and orchestration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure alignment to data governance, data quality, metadata management, and security standards within Datasphere.
• Collaborate alongside business analysts to understand reporting requirements.
• Perform unit and integration testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT) where required.
• Develop and uphold technical specifications and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate data developers as needed.
