We’re hiring both a Senior Data Analyst and an Intermediate Data Analyst to join our energetic, future‑focused team! In these pivotal roles, you'll partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams—spanning technical and non‑technical disciplines—to unleash the transformative power of data. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in‑person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

• Be the go‑to data expert for business decision support:
  Conduct problem research, deep‑dive analysis, apply advanced analytics and ML techniques to uncover trends and insights, design high‑impact reports and visuals to tell compelling data stories that inspire action and shape our offerings and operations.
• Lead the way on strategic projects:
  Tackle complex challenges and enable data solutions using standard and advanced analytics, automation, business intelligence, opportunity analysis, forecasting, and simulations.

• Proven analytics expertise: (4+ years for Senior, 2+ years for Intermediate) managing end‑to‑end data analytics—from data transformation and automation, through deep‑dive exploration and analysis, to designing powerful reports, ML simulations and impactful business insights, especially in a retail environment.
• Advanced problem‑solving and critical thinking:
  You shine at breaking down a business problem into a data problem and solving it using optimal and most cost‑efficient approach, be it via applying simple statistical methods, modeling or machine learning–your solution is impactful and drives business forward.
• Collaboration & communication:
