Zoho Developer; Onsite​/Hybrid – BC BC

Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic has been proudly serving the Greater Vancouver community for over 16 years. We’re a hybrid mobile and clinic-based practice specializing in hearing care. We’re now in a growth phase and investing heavily in Zoho One for CRM, operations, and client communication. We need a local Zoho developer who can take charge of customizing, integrating, and optimizing our Zoho systems.

We’re looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within Zoho One. You’ll be working closely with the owner and admin team to streamline workflows, integrate external tools, and ensure our systems are both scalable and user-friendly.

• Develop, customize, and maintain modules within Zoho One (CRM, Work Drive, Cliq, Books, Forms, Sign, etc.)
• Build and maintain automations, blueprints, and workflows tailored to our business
• Integrate Zoho with external applications (Quick Books, Blueprint Solutions, etc.)
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing support, and train staff on best practices
• Collaborate with management to identify process gaps and develop solutions

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer (minimum 3 years) with strong portfolio of completed projects
• Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications
• Experience in scripting (Deluge), API integrations, and custom functions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience in healthcare or service-based industries
• Knowledge of data compliance (PIPEDA, HIPAA)
• Position type: Full-time or Contract (to be discussed)
• Location: North Vancouver (Delbrook Plaza) with hybrid/remote flexibility
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
